General Shipping Information

Flying Smiles Kites ships primarily via USPS . You will receive tracking in your email when your order is shipped.
As often as possible, orders ship within 1-3 business days from time of payment. There is an occasional delay, but if this happens we will contact you as soon as we are aware of the delay. 
If you receive an email with tracking, and the tracking shows as "not found", please check again in a few hours. The label is printed before the post office receives the package, so we may be in transit with your package in one of our cars! 

 

Rates
We charge the following rates for shipping for ground shipping on orders within the United States:

We do offer expedited and international shipping, but can not offer flat rate or free shipping on these orders. Please contact us if you need an order shipped expedited or internationally so that we may quote you exact rates. 

 Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately! 
All return merchandise must be in original packaging in resellable condition. We do not accept returns of "used" merchandise. Returns may be made for store credit for 30 days. After 30 days, all sales are final. All custom order sales are final. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. 
 

Return Instructions

Upon deciding that you need to return an item, contact Flying Smiles Kites immediately to initiate return. We will give you the correct shipping address, as the shop does not receive mail. You are responsible for return shipping with the exception of manufacture defect or order fulfillment issue on our end. 
Please do not ship returns without initiating contact, as you may ship to an undeliverable address!!
Pack your items (often you can use the original shipping boxes!) and send them out. 
Send Flying Smiles Kites tracking once you have sent the package to ensure that your return is processed in a timely manner. We will contact you when we've received your return.
