The Moon Dart is such a pretty kite in really good condition! We'd call it "almost new", but it needs new lower spreaders. The existing lower spreaders don't look original. No standoff holders and they don't really fit into each other right, causing the slight sense of warping at the bottom of the kite. The sail is in fantastic condition, so you could make this "almost new" by replacing the lower spreader.
