Top of the Line was known for innovation in kiting. This kite has a simple name (Sport Kite) but an interesting build. Includes standoffs and also a second upper spine, that we believe was an answer to "how do we fly in higher winds?".
In fantastic condition, we're calling this one "like new".
Includes kite and bag (no instructions). Cat not included, but she *does* think this kite is really pretty.
