We find this kite to be fascinating. The mylar on the wings is getting soft, but the ripstop next to it still has crisp to it. Looking at the leading edge and nose, we think that this kite was used for ground work. In shockingly good condition considering that the the leading edge has so much dirt on it!
It's missing one standoff and sail connector. We may have the right parts in our supply but will need to check. We found a couple of patches on the side missing the standoff. Related? We don't know.
