The Thunderhawq by Hawq Aerolabs is a case study in innovation in dual line kites. With metal reinforcements in the lower spreader center tee, but still using vinyl tubing gives us a glimpse of dual line kite building from 40ish years ago. This kite is in "used - good" condition.
