According to the instructions, this kite can fly down to 3mph. But, we've noticed it's a bit heavy, so you may need to work for that 3mph flight.
Kite has a little discoloration from mildew in storage, and the sail is a tiny soft, so we're calling this one "good" condition. It'll need new arrow knocks to connect the standoffs to the bungee standoff connection on the sail.
